So, Felicia has Bad Luck abilities -- the ability to cause bad luck to other people, and unlike her handmade bad luck, she can't control who it effects; so it's able to hex people close (emotionally) to her. But, basically, it can (but doesn't have to) effect people as long as they're near her.

• Who wouldn't it effect? 
• In what ways would you want it to effect your character? Big, little, etc. (this can also extend to posts accidentally getting filtered wrong or unfiltered).
• Anyone has permission to just assume stuff happens while around her - from my end (i.e., feel free to assume bad things happen to YOUR character, if you want to! I'm always okay with this, no worries about godmodding).
